Senior Manager, Dental Office at AltaMed

AltaMed is hiring a Senior Manager, Dental Office to oversee business, operational, compliance, and clinical dental activities across at least three dental locations or outreach units, or for a group of eight or more full-time-equivalent providers. The role partners with clinical dyad partners and Site Dental Directors, manages workflow and site operations, drives organization-wide Quality, Service, Finance, and People goals, and measures performance to identify trends and improve outcomes. A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or business administration, or an equivalent 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, is required; a master's degree and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred. Valid Basic Life Support certification or higher under American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines is required.
