The role manages a team of 20+ engineers, oversees end-to-end RTL design and silicon development, resolves complex semiconductor engineering challenges, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have an EE degree, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and extensive experience with RTL design, verification, tape-outs, EDA tools, and advanced silicon development methodologies.
