Ferguson is hiring a Senior Manager - Digital Engineering to lead and develop engineering teams responsible for scalable, secure, and reliable digital platform capabilities. The role drives modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native services, establishes engineering best practices, guides architectural decisions, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, and develops engineering talent. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of software engineering experience including 3 years leading engineering teams, and expertise in cloud-native, distributed applications, modern architectural patterns, CI/CD, observability, and enterprise software delivery. The position may be remote or hybrid and offers a monthly salary range of $9,458.97 to $16,551.03.
