DHL Express is hiring a Senior Tech Program Manager to support its Digital Partner Program and Enterprise API customers. The role owns API and EDI platform enhancements, technical documentation, partner onboarding, cross-domain solution delivery, vendor management, issue resolution, and API roadmap development. It may be based in Prague, Belgium, or Singapore and requires an advanced university degree, project and IT service management certifications, Agile exposure, at least 10 years of multi-disciplined IT experience, and strong API, integration, and program-management expertise.
