Deloitte is hiring an experienced Procurement Program Leader to initiate, configure, direct, and hire for complex procurement transformation programs. The role advises clients on digital procurement, manages multiple workstreams, connects stakeholders, supports delivery and commercial opportunities, and leads multidisciplinary teams. It requires a completed university degree, at least seven years of relevant consulting experience, digital procurement implementation experience, a sales and delivery network, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluent Dutch and English. The position is based in the Netherlands with travel as necessary.
