Description
ALO is hiring a Senior Operations Manager for Korea to lead distribution and logistics operations across the country. Reporting to the Senior Director Operations Asia, the role manages third-party distribution centers and logistics providers, supports retail and eCommerce initiatives, monitors KPIs and P&L performance, coordinates with global operations and planning teams, and drives operational readiness for new stores, peak seasons, and product launches. The position requires at least five years of third-party distribution and logistics experience, Korean and English proficiency, and willingness to live in Seoul and travel for offsite meetings.
