Description
OpenAI is hiring a Senior Manager, EHS - Robotics to provide hands-on, site-level environmental, health, and safety leadership across its expanding robotics operations. The role owns safety strategy and execution, anticipates risks for construction, commissioning, workforce expansion, and 24/7 operations, leads incident response and investigations, oversees contractor safety, maintains regulatory compliance, and partners with engineering, operations, facilities, and other stakeholders to embed safety into facility design and operating decisions. The position requires 15+ years of progressive EHS experience, strong technical knowledge of occupational safety and health, and the ability to operate independently in complex, rapidly scaling technical environments.
