Fisica Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Electrical & RF/Wireless Engineering for its Datron business unit in Simi Valley, California. The role is 100% onsite and follows a 9/80 schedule, managing experienced professionals and teams while leading electrical, RF, wireless, antenna, radar, communications, sonar, and sensor-processing systems. Responsibilities include system design, feasibility analysis, component selection, testing, vendor evaluation, process improvement, operational planning, and cross-functional leadership. The position requires a bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with at least 10 years, or 16 years of experience without a degree; it also requires the ability to obtain and maintain a future security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The salary range is $158,500 to $294,500, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
