Five9 is hiring a Senior Manager, Engineering - AI Agents to lead the development and delivery of its AI Agent software platform for autonomous customer support, sales, and services use cases. The role manages a 4–8-person engineering team in the United States, guides architecture and technical decisions, drives delivery and reliability, and collaborates with Product, SRE, Support, and other engineering teams. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the San Francisco office, with a US base salary range of $133,000–$391,500 and health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
