BlackLine is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Development to lead cross-functional Agile software engineering teams and provide technical leadership for a high-performance, cloud-based SaaS web application. The role manages engineers, budgets, resources, project delivery, technical design, code reviews, and personnel issues while mentoring talent and collaborating with Product, Architects, and Program Management. Candidates should have 13+ years of related experience, strong software development and cloud systems expertise, modern OOP and database experience, and hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI systems.
