Description
MongoDB is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for its Bengaluru Product & Technology team to lead and grow an engineering team while providing technical direction for a new platform enabling customers to build AI applications with MongoDB. The role owns distributed systems architecture, high-visibility platform features, monitoring, operations, maintenance, hiring, mentoring, and delivery risk management. Candidates must be based in Bengaluru for a hybrid working model and have at least 10 years of experience building distributed systems or foundational cloud services, along with 4+ years managing 6+ engineers.
