Description
Abacus Insights is hiring a Senior Manager, Engineering for DevOps, Infrastructure, and Release Engineering to lead DevOps, infrastructure, and release engineering teams and own the reliability, scalability, and safe delivery of SaaS platforms. The role covers CI/CD, environment promotion, production deployment, release governance, observability, cloud infrastructure, security and compliance, incident readiness, and cross-functional leadership. It requires at least 8 years of software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure experience, at least 5 years managing engineering managers or senior technical teams, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms.
