Description
Mini-Circuits is hiring a Sr Manager of Engineering Services to manage and improve its corporate engineering services organization. The role oversees CAD/PLM documentation, RF testing, test-system strategy, mechanical and printed-circuit-board teams, product-development operations, software licensing, IT compliance, sourcing, legal reviews, and related engineering initiatives. It also supervises engineering-services staff, develops organizational goals, and coordinates with internal customers and external partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least 10 years of related experience, project-management and test-engineering experience, and US citizenship or permanent residency.
