Substance is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Adoption of AI and Intelligent Automation to drive end-to-end AI implementation across various business units like Network, CX, Digital, and Operations. The role focuses on transforming disconnected AI pilots, overcoming legacy system barriers, reducing costs associated with manual workflows, and ensuring alignment between tech, product, and business AI strategies. Key responsibilities include defining and executing AI roadmaps, leading deployments of AI initiatives such as predictive maintenance and fraud detection, managing stakeholder relationships, evaluating AI vendors, optimizing operational costs, and translating AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes. Candidates should have extensive experience in digital transformation, data, automation, or large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within telco, tech, consulting, or similar sectors, with a proven track record of successful AI implementations rather than academic or theoretical knowledge alone.
