Description
Industrious is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Manager, Managed by Industrious, to manage the full lifecycle of bespoke, single-tenant enterprise workplace deals from initial client conversations through signed agreements and handoff to design and construction. The role owns client and landlord relationships, real estate and design solutions, pricing and proposals, commercial terms, deal execution, delivery handoffs, and the development of a scalable playbook for the business line across Europe. It requires experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, strong client-facing instincts, and comfort working both the client and real estate sides of a transaction.
