Hologic is hiring a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) & Sustainability to lead EHS governance, compliance, safety culture, incident management, and sustainability initiatives across international operations in EMEA and selected APAC locations. Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, the role partners with operations, supply chain, HR, facilities, commercial, and regulatory teams; requires significant EHS leadership experience, cross-country regulatory knowledge, sustainability reporting experience, stakeholder management, analytical and project management skills, and English fluency. The position is based in Zaventem, Belgium, with approximately 30% travel, and offers a gross annual salary of Euro 105,000–130,000 plus pension and insurance benefits.
