Description
The Senior Leader, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) will lead BW Packaging’s EHS strategy across multiple manufacturing sites, establishing governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, safety and environmental programs, incident and workers’ compensation management, training, performance reporting, and safety culture. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in safety, operations, engineering, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive EHS leadership experience, and significant workers’ compensation experience. The position offers a base salary of $130,000 to $150,000 plus a competitive incentive structure and requires up to 50% travel.
