TerraPower is hiring a Senior Manager, EPC Progress & Performance to lead Owner-side processes for monitoring Engineering, Procurement and Construction partner and contractor performance on the Natrium nuclear project, initially focused on Kemmerer Unit 1. The role develops EPC planning, WBS, cost-coding, schedule, productivity, forecasting, change-management, risk, and performance-reporting systems; evaluates contractor execution; supports recovery planning and field execution; and coaches project controls and project-management professionals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant project controls, project management, construction management, or EPC delivery experience, and offers a Wyoming salary range of $161,321 to $215,095 with medical, vision, dental, and other benefits.
