Volta is hiring a Senior Manager, External Reporting to own group consolidation and external reporting for its UK, US, and European entities. The role prepares US GAAP consolidated financial statements and footnotes, drafts S-1 and periodic SEC filings, manages the tie-out and close process, coordinates audits, and builds disclosure and XBRL processes. It is a hands-on build role reporting to the VP Accounting, with potential progression to Director as the reporting team scales.
