Senior Manager role in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment, responsible for leadership, supervision, operational standards, financial performance, staff development, guest experience, and safe day-to-day execution for selected front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the General Manager. The position requires extensive restaurant/hospitality experience, strong business acumen, cost and labor management, and the ability to work long, high-energy shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
