The role is a senior facilities and engineering management position responsible for overseeing facilities, equipment, utilities, maintenance, contractors, projects, budgets, compliance, and client relationships. It requires extensive hands-on facilities and maintenance experience, GMP and validation knowledge, CMMS and preventive maintenance expertise, team and vendor management, and the ability to lead and mentor staff. The position involves physical work in confined spaces, ladders, and other challenging environments.
