Description
The Senior Manager, Facilities and Workplace Experience owns the physical workplace at fairlife’s Chicago corporate headquarters and partners with plant leadership on office and common areas at manufacturing sites. The role manages building operations, security, maintenance, space planning, construction and renovation projects, hospitality, events, vendor contracts, budgets, compliance, and the facilities team. It requires at least eight years of facilities, real estate, corporate services, or workplace operations experience, including three years leading people or vendor teams, and offers a base salary of $125,000–$160,000 USD with medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
