Description
The Senior Manager, Facilities will lead facilities operations for the company’s owned and leased properties, including an 88,000-square-foot headquarters in Vienna, Virginia. The role oversees maintenance, safety, security, preventive maintenance, vendor and contractor performance, commercial leases, budgets, workplace operations, and internal and third-party staff. It requires approximately seven years of relevant facilities or property-management experience, five years of management experience, and offers a $125,000–$135,000 base salary plus benefits, PTO, sick time, a 401(k) match, and free parking.
