Airwallex is hiring a Senior Manager, FCC Program Management to lead a global, multi-year financial crime compliance transformation across operating models, processes, systems, testing, and controls. The role will build and sequence the roadmap, apply AI, automation, and data tools to improve program delivery, govern cross-functional workstreams, and transition complex initiatives into business-as-usual. It is a hybrid position based in London and requires at least 10 years of large-scale transformation experience in financial services or fintech, along with financial crime program change, global program delivery, and strong project management capabilities.
