ICF is hiring a permanent Senior Manager – Project Finance Control to lead financial governance, controls, reporting, compliance, and portfolio financial oversight for its Europe & Asia Business Management team. The role manages and develops finance managers and senior controllers, partners with project and senior leadership, oversees forecasting, revenue and cost recognition, billing, cash flow, WIP, and month-end close, and drives process improvement and transformation.
