Catapult is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance Operations in Boston to oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, manage a team of eight finance professionals, optimize cash flow and working capital, streamline order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, support financial reporting and audits, and collaborate with finance, procurement, and business solutions teams. The role requires financial operations expertise, experience with financial systems such as NetSuite and Coupa, team-management experience, accounting knowledge, and strong communication skills. The target total compensation is $73,275 to $168,533 per year, inclusive of base salary and a target incentive plan, with health, dental, vision, paid leave, holidays, and a 401(k) match.
