RobCo is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance Operations to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial analysis, compliance, process improvement, financial systems, and the development of its finance operations team. The role is full-time and on-site in Munich, Germany, and requires finance and accounting expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of financial reporting and compliance, proficiency with financial management systems and AI tools, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, prior experience in investment banking, consulting, or accounting, and fluency in English and German.
