Description
The role leads finance transformation and continuous improvement for the Pune Finance GCC, including process ownership, governance, operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, ERP and automation initiatives, stakeholder management, controls and compliance, and migration of finance activities from UK, US and other geographies into India. It also leads and develops finance operations teams and requires a bachelor's degree, a professional accounting qualification, and 15+ years of finance operations, GCC or global business services experience.
