Description
The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, reporting, and financial analysis for centralized support functions in a manufacturing organization. The role partners with program management, engineering, supply chain, quality, tooling, division finance, and operational leaders; supports contract accounting and capital investment analysis; improves finance planning models; and leads one to five finance professionals. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least 10 years of manufacturing finance, accounting, and analysis experience are required, including five years managing a finance team.
