Covista is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Community Development to report to the Director, Global Impact. The role leads the operational execution and management of strategic impact initiatives and community development programs, translating strategy into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, budgets, timelines, and community partnerships, and supporting team development. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years of experience in social impact, sustainability, community development, or program management, with expertise in cross-functional project management, stakeholder collaboration, and program execution. The role follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week and offers a salary range of $80,336.75 to $145,077.09, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
