Carnival UK is hiring a Senior Manager, Fleet People Performance to support its People direction and oversee the onboard HR service across the P&O Cruises and Cunard fleet. The role provides fleet-level performance management, coaching, stakeholder engagement, compliance monitoring, and operational oversight for onboard HR Managers, with approximately 25% of the time spent onboard vessels.
