T-Mobile is hiring a Sr Manager, Forward Deployment Engineering to lead the management layer of its Forward Deployment Engineering practice, overseeing multiple pods that embed engineers in business units to build and deploy production agentic AI solutions with measurable business ROI. The role combines technical leadership, cross-pod resource planning, senior stakeholder management at the Director/VP level, practice health ownership, and direct people management of FDE pods while setting responsible AI, data security, and privacy standards.
