Dolby is hiring a Senior Manager, Foundational AI to lead the company’s multi-year strategy and reusable AI capabilities across audio, video, imaging, multimodal, generative, and media-enhancement experiences. The role sets technical roadmaps, model architectures, training and evaluation workflows, quality benchmarks, responsible-AI practices, and production-ready deployment paths, while partnering with research, product, engineering, platform, legal, privacy, data, and business teams. The manager will also hire, mentor, and develop a team of research scientists.
