Sparksoft is hiring a Senior Manager of FP&A and Program Control to lead financial planning, forecasting, indirect-rate structures, DCAA audit participation, program control, earned-value and burn-rate tracking, ERP ownership, reporting automation, and proposal pricing for U.S. government contracting. The role requires 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A or program-control experience, knowledge of government contract types and FAR/CAS/DCAA standards, advanced Excel and Unanet or comparable ERP experience, and U.S. citizenship.
