Description
Sol de Janeiro is hiring a Senior Manager, FP&A – Supply Chain to partner with the Global Head of Finance and improve visibility across costing, supply chain, COGS, gross margin, budgeting, forecasting, financial close, and long-range planning. The role develops financial models, ROI and business cases, KPIs, scorecards, and investment analyses; supports SAP S/4HANA implementation and financial integration; and drives cost accounting, procurement, warehouse, and distribution financial controls. It requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, 8–10 years of progressive finance experience in high-growth CPG, beauty, or retail organizations, international operations and landed-cost experience, and strong SAP, Excel, financial modeling, and data-analysis skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a salary range of $140,000–$160,000 USD.
