Scopely is hiring a Senior Manager, Global Compensation Programs for its Total Rewards team in the United States. The role partners with senior leaders and People Business Partners to design, plan, manage, and automate global compensation programs; lead market analysis and dashboards; ensure pay equity and fiscal responsibility; and translate data into executive recommendations. It is based in the U.S., with San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Mexico City options and travel to Mexico, and reports to the Vice President of Compensation. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive compensation experience and three years leading compensation programs and operations. The disclosed annual salary range is $137,700 to $202,000 USD for candidates in California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
