Description
Quince is hiring a Senior Manager, Global Procurement [Materials] to own material cost structures and savings across its apparel, accessories, home goods, and other product categories. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the role will establish global commodity monitoring, build raw-material clean sheets, negotiate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers, design upstream vendor networks, execute material RFPs, and create financial value through verticalization, volume consolidation, and commodity trading. The position requires 12–15 years of raw-material sourcing or upstream supply-chain experience, textile commodity knowledge, negotiation and financial-modeling expertise, and a bachelor’s degree.
