ClickHouse is hiring a Sr. Manager, Global Workplaces to build its workplace function from the ground up. The role will design policies, standards, and operating processes; oversee small offices across multiple regions; develop a remote-first, in-person-enabled strategy; lead new office setup and space planning; manage vendors and facilities; own the global workplace budget; and partner with People, IT, Security, Finance, and regional leaders. The position requires 7+ years of relevant experience, is based in the Americas or EMEA, and requires travel to regional offices as needed.
