Description
Thesis is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth & Business Operations to work with the General Manager on shaping the company’s growth strategy. The role owns end-to-end growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, customer experience, product, marketing, analytics, and vendor management, using commercial judgment, data, and AI to identify opportunities, launch programs, track performance, and scale successful initiatives. It is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring at least five years of relevant experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional work without formal authority. The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$160,000, equity, health, dental, and vision benefits, and a hybrid work model.
