PULSE POWER is hiring a Senior Manager Growth to own the full pitch-to-close process, generate new business through outbound activity, expand the client portfolio, advise senior leadership, and monitor pipeline performance. The role requires agency-side experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital PR, strategic commercial judgment, strong communication, and familiarity with DACH or relevant European markets. It is based in Paris, London, Milan, Hamburg, or Berlin, with a hybrid remote policy allowing two days per week from home.
