PULSE POWER is hiring a Senior Manager Growth to own the full pitch-to-close process, generate new business through outbound activity, expand the client portfolio, advise senior leadership, and monitor pipeline performance. The role requires at least four years of experience, agency-side experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital PR, strategic commercial judgment, strong communication, and knowledge of DACH or relevant European markets. The position can be based in Paris, London, Milan, Hamburg, or Berlin, with a hybrid remote policy allowing two days per week from home.
