BD is hiring a Senior Manager, Hardware Engineering to lead and grow a multidisciplinary hardware engineering team in Limerick, Ireland, supporting the European Pharmacy Automation organization. The role covers mechanical, electrical, controls, and systems engineering; engineering governance; team development; resource planning; and complex hardware development programs. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and significant experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams are preferred. The expected base salary is €100,000 to €120,000 per year, with an annual bonus and additional benefits.
