Hillel International is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Operations to support strategic people operations initiatives across its movement and headquarters. The role partners with HR business partners and senior leaders on projects involving engagement, compliance, performance management, compensation, leave administration, FLSA, and workforce analytics; creates executive dashboards and reports; improves HR systems and reporting; and supervises a People Operations Coordinator. The position is remote for eligible U.S.-based candidates, with a preference for hybrid work at the Washington, D.C. headquarters, and offers a salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus benefits.
