Hudl is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead HR operations across Europe, Asia, and LATAM. The role owns global HR strategy, governance, compliance, payroll, benefits, health and safety, automation, vendor management, and M&A integrations, while managing an HR Operations Manager and coaching the regional team. Applicants must have at least 10 years of HR operations experience, including five years managing teams in a global environment, along with international compliance, AI, process-building, and cross-functional collaboration expertise. The role is based in London or Barcelona with a hybrid schedule, and the base salary range is £75,000–£125,000 GBP.
