OpenGov is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Technology in Pune, India, to own the strategy, roadmap, administration, and continuous improvement of its global HR technology stack. The role leads HR application administrators and a staff-level HR Systems Architect, provides hands-on Workday and broader HR-system expertise, manages integrations and vendor relationships, supports US and India HR operations, and owns HR data governance and reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of HR technology experience, and at least 4 years of people-management experience.
