CIMA+ is hiring a Senior Manager, Hydropower Structures and Dams to lead a team of approximately thirty engineers and technicians across Québec and Ontario. The role oversees structural studies, design, rehabilitation, inspection, and construction execution for hydropower and dam projects, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages schedules and budgets, supports talent development, and guides client interactions at power plant and dam sites. Candidates need a civil engineering or structures degree, active membership with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, at least 15 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in French and English.
