Medallion is hiring a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead a team of Implementation Project Managers and drive the delivery, adoption, and operational excellence of its healthcare provider operations platform. The role manages complex enterprise implementations, data integrations, API setups, workflow configurations, project plans, escalations, staffing models, KPIs, and implementation service pricing, while partnering with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Operations, and Engineering. It requires 7+ years of SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services experience, 3+ years leading an Implementation team, and experience with complex enterprise B2B SaaS implementations. The role reports to the Director of Technical Services, offers a base salary of $165,000–$210,000 plus equity and benefits, and is marked #LI-remote.
