Description
Tendo is hiring a Senior Manager, Implementation Program Manager to own end-to-end implementation planning and customer relationships for a portfolio of Tendo Insights customers. The role manages complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts across clinical, financial, IT, and executive stakeholders; identifies delivery and organizational risks; runs stakeholder communications and business reviews; partners with Sales, Product, and Support; and manages multiple concurrent engagements. It is a senior, largely autonomous role requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of relevant program, project, or implementation experience, and strong executive communication and planning skills. The position is remote, with hub locations in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Chicago, Nashville, and Philadelphia, and offers a base salary of $114,750 to $155,250 plus equity, bonuses, and benefits.
