As a Senior Manager in Software Engineering and Full Stack at Bristol Myers Squibb, you will be the principal technical leader responsible for developing a scalable, production-grade platform that supports analytics, digital products, and autonomous AI workers within the Product Development & Supply (PDS) organization. This role involves designing and building distributed, multi-service platforms, creating production-grade backend systems using FastAPI, leading frontend architecture with React, integrating large language models like AWS Bedrock, and driving reusability, observability, and optimization across the platform.
