Engine is hiring a Senior Manager of Information Technology to lead its distributed IT organization and build an automation-first function. The role owns identity and access management through Okta, device lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding automation, SLAs, endpoint security, and IT strategy, while managing engineers and support analysts and partnering with Security, People, and Engineering. It is a hands-on player-coach position requiring prior IT leadership, Okta and modern MDM experience, project execution, automation, security, and support expertise. Applications were accepted through 10/1/2026 or until the role was filled, with a base pay range of $160,000–$220,000 USD and equity.
